Shannon J. Posner

Managing Member and Attorney

Shannon owns Campus Title and oversees all of the deals. In addition to managing the Campus Title Company he is also the Principal of the Law Offices of Shannon J. Posner, P.A. Shannon graduated from Towson University (B.S., cum laude, 1996) and from the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., manga cum laude, 2000).

He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Colorado and the District of Columbia. Shannon lives in Monkton, Maryland with his wife and four children. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, coaching lacrosse, playing golf and spending time with his family.

Kathleen M. Hayhurst, Senior Title Processor, has worked in the title industry since 1990.
